Review by hotel critic
During my stay at the Marriott, I found the value proposition to be exceptional. The location is prime, offering easy access to transportation and the city's attractions. The complimentary public transport pass was a delightful surprise, enhancing the overall value of my stay. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, complete with modern amenities like a great coffee machine. The staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience. The hotel's facilities, such as the fitness center and spa lounge, added a touch of luxury to my stay without breaking the bank. I found the Marriott to strike a perfect balance between affordability and upscale offerings, making it a wise choice for travelers seeking both comfort and value during their visit to Basel.
